This is a brilliant example of Ontario's prowess with sparkling wine. An elegant traditional-method Chardonnay that delivers great depth of herbs, nuts, citrus, honey and yellow plum tones in a fresh, long package. In 2012, Cave Spring was awarded a Lieutenant Governor's Award for their Blanc de Blancs Brut Sparkling. Perfect for lobster, grilled seafood or sushi.
