Tasting Notes

An interesting plot of land, Les Sentiers is 250-300 metres above sea level and has many fissures that allow roots to dig deep into the ancient soils. Expect a concentrated, mineral-driven Pinot showing notes of dried cranberry and hibiscus accented by savoury mushroom notes on the finish. Give it another year in the cellar and serve with roasted orange chicken or seared duck.
