Jackson-Triggs Merlot Reserve is classic cool-climate Merlot, sourced from the Niagara Peninsula. Subtle aromas of plum, blackberry and toasted oak are realized on the fruit-forward palate. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, this merlot would pair well with grilled mushrooms and herbs or salt-cured meats on charcuterie board.
