Founded in 1993, Casas del Bosque was one of the first wineries in the cool Casablanca Valley. Fresh, mellow and wonderfully aromatic, this offers upfront suggestions of gooseberry, bell pepper, citrus and minerals. Pungent and versatile, enjoy on its own, or with grilled fish or smoked salmon.
