Tasting Notes

Moderate wood influence is present on the ripe and very fresh aromas of green fruit, shellfish and seaweed. The succulent and very generous, even lavish, flavors possess an abundance of sappy dry extract that buffers the firm but not hard acid spine maintaining the balance on the equally long finish. This is less mineral driven than the Les Clos but there is presently a bit more depth which should only increase with time in bottle. Drink: 2028+. Sweet spot.
