Tasting Notes
This rosé is sourced from Le Grand Prébois Vineyard, which has one side composed of stone, clay and limestone and another containing gravel and clay. These differences allow for a nuanced, exciting final blend from the Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grown there. A complex, elegant wine with superb balance, this is a perennial favourite and a must-have for springtime or summer gatherings.
