Tasting Notes

Located in Orangeville, Ontario this brew came to fruition in 2002. A flavourful stout it pours almost opaque. Aromas and flavours of chocolate, malt, roasted nuts and a hint of wood smoke. Medium-bodied and dry with a long, viscous finish. Serve with prime rib alongside mashed potatoes or coffee-crusted ribs.
