Founded in 2008, Yealands was the first winery in the world to be certified Toitu Carbon Zero at launch. The parcels harvested for the Crossing are each fermented separately using carefully selected yeast strains. The result is a vibrant, fresh, lively wine, with bold citrus, tropical fruit, apple, grapefruit, herbs, and a pure Marlborough minerality. Pair with barbecued shrimp.
