Tasting Notes

Joseph Bloor, aka Joe Blo', was an original Toronto brewer. This classic Pilsner pays tribute to his vision. It's pale gold with a creamy head, followed by floral hoppy aroma and flavours with spice, citrus and bread tones. The palate is creamy with a mellow bitterness on the clean and crisp finish. Pair with light fare.
