The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC was established as a separate appellation exclusively for rosé wines. Cerasuolo is an Italian term describing their pale cherry red colour. Fantini's expression has delicious red berry aromas and flavours, with medium body and lively texture. Pair with risotto, light pasta dishes or gnocchi.
