Tasting Notes
A drier (10 g/L of RS) version of Lambrusco from two local Lambrusco varieties, equally split between salamino and sorbara. From fourth generation proprietors Anita, Massimo and Fabio Lini ... Welling with dark red berries and sweet herbs, namely basil for a balanced and refreshing modern way to approach Lambrusco. Urged forth by low pH and high acid to make this a real treat for the senses and palate. Drink date: 2025-2027. Tasted August 2025. (Michael Godel,winealign.com)
