Checking in at 14.5% alcohol, the 2022 Hermitage Blanc Laurus is a deep straw-hued, full-bodied elixir that's the opposite of shy. Redolent lemon zest, yellow apple, ripe pear, white peach and a flicker of lanolin rise up from the glass.
