A deliciously dry and complex pale ale from Ontario's New Brewery of the Year 2017. In the glass, a deep mahogany colour, with lacy head and lively carbonation. Enjoy flavours of sweet orange, pear and white pepper that lead to a dry, spicy finish. Serve with spicy Mexican cuisine, creamy cheeses or grilled meats.
