Following a family recipe from the 1930s, Poli Camomilla combines the distillery's award-winning Grappa with fresh chamomile flowers. Beyond the dominant chamomile profile, it delivers notes of orchard fruit, rock candy and honey. It's perfect as a refreshing aperitif or as a unique floral element in cocktails.
