Tasting Notes

Nickel Brook matures this stout in Bourbon barrels for an entire year to develop its depth and complexity. It possesses aromas and flavours of raisin, fruit cake, dark fruit, roast coffee and vanilla oak. The long finish has hints of bourbon and dark chocolate. Pair with rich foods like foie gras or dark chocolate truffles.
