Located just outside of Toronto, family-owned and operated Caledon Hills Brewing Co. brings German tradition to their craft beer by cold fermenting it. Their premium lager utilizes Vienna malt to achieve nut and honey notes with a lovely hint of bitterness on the finish. Enjoy with calamari, mild cheeses, or sausage.
