Classically super intense and smoky, inflected with peat, wet hay, iodine, buckwheat honey, dried herbs and heather, and so much more, the nose defies description. The palate is hot, concentrated, 46.6% alcohol declared, with smoked/roasted wood, creosote, cold fireplace, smoke goose, hay-smoked game, black tea flavours, long, intense, penetrating.
