This cabernet sauvignon comes form Lake Erie North Shore appellation where it achieves full ripeness thanks to the long, warm growing season. Medium ruby, with upfront aromas and flavours of cedar, red fruit, herbs and spices. Medium-bodied and structured, with graceful tannins and a long finish; enjoy it with prime rib.
