Founded in 2014 by Graham Woodhouse, this Toronto brewery is 100% independently owned. Their IPA is made in the American style and uses five kinds of hops. The aroma offers citrus, pineapple and caramel notes. Flavours include grapefruit, pineapple, malt, and spice. The long finish features hops. Serve with jerk chicken.
