In 1997, Barbayannis Liquor Distilleries created a new ouzo with a soft taste. The anise-based distillate is made from meticulously selected natural ingredients and the special water of Plomari in Lesvos, Greece. The result is an aromatic nose and pure, delicate flavours. Serve neat, with water and ice on the side.
