Hinterland Borealis Rosé Mini Sparkling 2024
$7.95
Tasting Notes
The aluminum bottle will help chill this Charmat-method sparkler more quickly and keep it chilled longer. The colour here comes from Cabernet Franc, and the name comes from a rare pink aurora borealis that occurred in 2003. Fresh, crisp and zesty with a long, mineral-rich finish, this wine makes a winning sipper as well as a wonderful match for brunch or dinner.
Nutrition (Estimated)
Estimated values for a standard 150 mL glass of Hinterland Borealis Rosé Mini Sparkling 2024. Estimated from alcohol content and residual sugar — not an official nutrition label.
This wine is medium-sweet, with more residual sugar than an off-dry style.
