Sorachi is a variety of hops developed in Japan that imparts aromas of lemongrass, lemon peel and accents of cilantro to beer. This lager shares delicate floral and lemon aromas that lead to floral, grassy and lemon peel flavours. The light-bodied finish has a touch of lemon. Pair with sushi, mild curries or stir fry.
