This soft and sweet baijiu is made from sorghum, wheat, rice, and corn. It pours crystal clear and has a distinct freshness on the nose. Smooth and elegant with a lingering finish. This is a strong spirit at 50% ABV and is best consumed at room temperature along with a meal.
