This Montreal based brewery crafts delicious gluten-free beer. Its flagship blonde is made from a combination of millet and corn; reveals a delicate golden colour when poured. Look for aromas of floral hops, pear, white pepper and light herbal notes with flavours of green tea and lemon peel. The finish is dry and refreshing
