Rich and harmonious, with aromas of campfire peat smoke, wood shavings, polished leather, and lapsang tea balanced by sweeter notes of cherries, vanilla, dark chocolate, and Demerara sugar. A lengthy finish of smoke, salinity, and a subtle ripe melon character. Sip neat or on the rocks.
