For a bone-dry blanc de blancs Champagne, this has sensational balance and elegance. The wide spectrum of aromas ranges from fresh herbs to floral honey with stacks of citrusy nuances. Spot-on balance of creamy brioche character and mineral acidity right through the very long finish. Made from 100% old-vine chardonnay from the Coteaux Vitryats with almost zero dosage.
