This vegan and gluten-free beverage is made by combining fresh apple cider along with a small amount of pinot noir. Expect aromas and flavours of red apple, cranberry, and strawberry, rose petal and baking spices. It is medium- bodied and slightly sweet with light carbonation, followed by a refreshingly crisp finish.
