Bright, medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Intense smoky herbal savouriness, yellow tropical fruit with tobacco undertones, dark mineral notes, candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, white apple fruit, fresh acidity, salty on the finish, good persistence, a savoury food companion with development and certain ageing potential, has length and freshness, apricot on the finish.
