This exclusive sake, from a brewery founded in 1673, is sold only to the LCBO outside Kyoto. It is crafted with locally grown Iwai rice, polished to 50%. This Jumai Daiginjo features a mild, savoury profile with subtle fruit and a refined, elegant taste. It's best enjoyed chilled, paired with traditional Japanese cuisine.
