Veuve Clicquot boasts one of the most extensive wine reserves in Champagne, upon which the cellar master draws to produce this exquisite cuvée. The wine undergoes an extensive double-maturation process. It spends at least two years in vats prior to blending and then ages for a minimum of three additional years in the bottle. This total maturation period of no less than five years contributes to the finished wine's remarkable complexity and poise.
