Tasting Notes
Amabuki Brewery was founded in 1688, and its sakes are noted for their particularly aromatic character obtained through the use of flower yeasts in the fermentation process. Sake liqueur is relatively rare. Its production method differs from typical sake in that it incorporates other ingredients besides rice, including fruit and herbs. A truly unique premium treat.
