San Cosme is an artisanal mezcal crafted from 100% Espadin agave, distilled twice in mesquite-fired copper stills. It pours clear with a pleasing viscosity and an eruption of smoke and leather aromatics. The palate is boldly distinctive with flavours of agave, wood smoke and mineral. Enjoy neat or in a Mezcal Old Fashioned.
