Tree fruit and flower aromas bloom on the nose, of yellow apple, pear and citrus blossom, while an undertone of marzipan adds a denser element for balance. The palate is an apple and pear tart garnished with orange zest and shaved almonds, before a finish which turns savory with nuts and bitter citrus.
