Crafted from Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%, this refined and elegant sake offers aromas of white flowers, green apple, melon and a hint of rice. It is delicate and smooth, offering notes of honeydew, pear and umami-rich rice on the palate and a crisp, persistent finish. Excellent with sushi, sashimi and creamy cheeses.
