Matured in Goa's tropical heat, this triple-cask whisky develops more quickly, with concentrated characteristics of older single malt. Intriguing and complex, it offers layers of honey, dark fruit, cinnamon and fruit cake, with a long, warming, peat finish. Perfect with smoked salmon or spicy curries.
