Orange-tinged medium deep yellow colour. Somewhat peppery, slightly spicy, dusty, dried apple-lemon-plum nose. Dry, medium bodied, peppery, spicy, vanilla-tinged, ripe, plum-lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, high acid, nutty, caramel-tinged finish. Screwcap closure. Has 46% alcohol.
