The second release of Alberta Distillers Rare Batch has been resting for 21 years. Finished in Canadian, bourbon and new White Oak barrels, it's evolved into a symphony of flavours. Notes of molasses, vanilla and hints of peppercorn combine into a savourable dram that lingers long and true.
