Mizu Green Tea Shochu

Tasting Notes

This shochu is single-distilled from a mash of locally harvested barley, black koji rice and Ureshino green tea leaves. Rich and fragrant aromas highlight notes of matcha, passion fruit, dried seaweed and cacao. It is creamy and fresh on the palate with a lingering finish. Enjoy it neat or with hot or cold water.
