This Cinsault Rosé is sourced from 38-year-old dry-farmed bush vines and is whole-bunch pressed and fermented using wild yeasts. Buoyant, fresh and vibrant with lifted floral tones, berry, strawberry and mineral, this is a rosé to enjoy year round with any fare.
