Tasting Notes

Brewed using the traditional Yamahai method, this Genshu sake is made from carefully selected rice with a 65% polishing ratio and aged for over a year before release. It's rich and flavourful with moderate acidity and a dry taste. It is best served chilled, paired with grilled meats and cheeses.
