Brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 35% and carefully crafted small-lot koji, this versatile sake bursts with notes of sweet, creamy white peach. The palate is elegant yet rich, with a lingering, savoury umami on the finish. It pairs well with white fish, fresh fruits and blue cheeses. Enjoy slightly chilled.
