This wine is sourced from the alluvial black-blue slate of the Alazani Valley: a relatively warm region that produces riper grapes and grapes with higher sugar levels than anywhere else in Georgia. The sweetness here is well-balanced by bold, driving acidity, and the wine is fresh, dynamic and generously floral, with lifted wildflower and honey tones. Pair with spicy seafood or grilled vegetables.
