This organic white wine is made from the Siria varietal, fermented in stainless steel and matured on its lees for a year. Expect aromas and flavours reminiscent of citrus fruits and apricot. Initially creamy on the palate, it gives way to a long, vibrant finish. Enjoy it with seafood, poultry and creamy pasta dishes.
