Tasting Notes
Silver medal at the 2017 Ontario Brewing Awards. The brewmaster has chosen Vienna malt, roasted longer to give the beer a forward caramel flavour and rich copper colour. Aromas of toasted bread and herbs. Tasty with medium body, and light bitterness contrasting caramel flavour. Spicy and herbal notes ensure a crisp finish.
