Maturation for an added year in first-fill sherry butts that are seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau gives this an addi tional layer of character. Expect notes of toasted pecan, prune and licorice on a rich and creamy palate that finishes with delicate flavours of candied orange, raisin, and dark chocolate.
