The Smith family of Peterborough own and operate this brewery which specializes in traditional European beer. Kellerbier is a young, unfiltered style. Aromas begin with bready malt and grassy notes that progress to bready, grainy flavours with a bite of hop spiciness. The finish is clean and lively. Great with light foods.
