Hamilton, Ontario's Fairweather Brewing has crafted a unique pale ale conditioned with Earl Grey tea, fresh lemon zest and El Dorado hops. Tannins provided by the black tea balance notes of smooth vanilla and zesty citrus from the El Dorado hops. Try it with spicy chicken wings or salty snacks.
