Crafted in honour of the first cider made in North America in 1650, this dry cider is made with many of the same apple varietals as that first batch over 365 years ago. Intense aromas and flavours of green apple are crisp and tangy on the palate with a lively mouthfeel and a dry finish. Pair with smoked or aged cheeses.
