In 2014, PJ Rigney's dream came to fruition, and Irish Whiskey was distilled in the western province of Connacht for the first time in 105 years. Crafted from Irish Barra oats and aged in bourbon and sherry casks, Drumshanbo displays aromas of vanilla, dried fruit and spice that replay on the creamy, smooth palate.
