Hops have a starring role in this craft IPA from London Ontario's Toboggan Brewing Company. On the nose, a multitude of hops-based aromas, including pine resin, green tea and grapefruit peel. Medium-bodied, with malty sweetness balancing citrusy and herbal notes.
